Role overview
The Balgrist University Hospital is one of the most renowned orthopedic clinics in Switzerland with an affiliated center for paraplegia and international recognition.
We are looking for one or more tasks for our dedicated team as of July 1, 2026 or by agreement to supplement:
Collaboration on the optimization and further development of the implementation of the new outpatient doctor's tariff

- Experience in tariff and performance management or in outpatient billing
- Solid outpatient tariff knowledge, especially TARDOC/outpatient flat rates
Key requirements
- Experience in tariff and performance management or in outpatient billing
- Solid outpatient tariff knowledge, especially TARDOC/outpatient flat rates
- Strong affinity for case analysis and creation of evaluations with Excel
- Experience and pleasure in using various IT applications and good German language skills
- Structured, conceptual, and independent work even under high demands
- Open, customer-oriented, and communicative personality with empathy and appreciation for teamwork
- Support for complex rejections Requirements:
- You have a strong affinity for analyzing cases and creating evaluations with Excel
