Your tasks
- You can contribute your expertise and experience and actively support us in improving the processes on the station
- You contribute to the fact that the cooperation in the team is lived at eye level, constructively and interprofessionally.
- You help with the implementation of our station concept and continue to develop it with us
- Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to a stabilization of patients and thus to a greater quality of life.
- You offer professional advice and coaching of the nursing staff in the nursing treatment process
- You lead nursing case meetings in the team
- You actively participate in the implementation and further development of the station concept
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH
- You can mind. 2 years of professional experience in psychiatry, preferably in a therapy station or comparable area
- You think goal-oriented and people-oriented
- You are resilient and appreciate the challenges on an acute psychiatric station
- In close cooperation with the station management, you ensure patient-, evidence- and result-oriented care – especially in challenging situations
- You take responsibility for ensuring and promoting the quality of care on the station
