Main responsibilities

- Quality assurance: Timely allocation, planning and processing as well as reporting of quality reports.
- Prioritization of the quality report in consultation with the company.
- Preparation and coordination of orders including material disposition based on annual planning and the requirements of rolling planning up to 4 months for the trailer and freight wagons.
- Tracks orders in the workshop and controls the fine planning with the team leaders.
- Coordinates orders with the order managers and the planning.
- If follow-up orders are rescheduled according to current planning, they will be moved in the system and informed about short-term changes to the relevant positions.
- Recalculations and target-actual analysis, including measures from discrepancies.

- Completed basic mechanical or electrical training
