Task area

• You support our children’s groups flexibly during holidays, further education or other absences in the team
• You accompany and promote children with heart, expertise and a resource-oriented view
• You create a varied, age-appropriate daycare with
• You bring your own ideas into projects, activities and rituals
• You work closely with the team and actively participate in meetings and daycare events
• You contribute to an appreciative and trusting atmosphere for children, parents and employees

Profile

• Completed training as a specialist child care EFZ or an equivalent recognised educational training
• Enjoy working with children of different ages
• High flexibility and readiness for changing missions
• Self-employed, responsible and reliable working methods
• Resilience and the ability to keep track even in lively situations
• Openness, humor and team spirit
