Operational Excellence Manager Remote Support — Bühler Group

Aufgaben: • You drive continuous improvement initiatives across Remote Support processes, tools, collaboration models, and operational performance • You identify business needs, translate requirements into practical solutions, and support the implementation of improvement initiatives across the global Remote Support community • You contribute to roadmap development, testing, training, change management, and rollout activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions and processes • You collaborate with stakeholders across Service, Sales, IT, regions, and external partners to drive operational excellence and digital enablement • You improve incident management, data quality, reporting, user adoption, and end-to-end service processes while managing priorities, risks, and dependencies effectively Anforderungen: • Higher education or university degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Engineering, Service Management, or a related field • Several years of experience in Operational Excellence, Remote Support, Service Operations, process improvement, project coordination, product management, or a related service environment • Strong understanding of service operations, incident management, customer service, CRM processes, and continuous improvement methodologies • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills combined with a structured and solution-or
