Role overview
One or one lawyer (80% – fixed-term appointment until 31 December 2026) to the Biodiversity, Territory and Environment Section of the Administrative and Legal Service of the Department of Mobility, Territory and Environment, Sion Your tasks:
Providing legal support to the cantonal building commission and its secretariat in the field of public construction law and spatial planning Preparing legal opinions and assisting in the drafting of administrative or criminal decisions Drafting, on behalf of and on behalf of technical services, inter alia, correspondence, notice of regulations, position papers Support the various lawyers in the section, as required

- Master's degree in Swiss law Lawyer's patent and the CAS in construction and real estate law are assets Interest in land use planning and construction Very good mindset of analysis, high writing capacity and ability to make decisions quickly Experience in decision-making and administrative law Ability to have a cross-sectional vision and to perceive the various issues involved Public awareness Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to change Strong stress resistance and focus
- French or German mother tongue with good knowledge of the other language Entry into office: Immediately or to be agreed Information:
