Role overview
- Preparing, accompanying and introducing armor projects into the associations after procurement
- Concepts and further development in the field of special forces and their implementation
- to carry out projects within the various departments
- In specialised bodies and in project groups the operational needs and interests of the Special Force command represent
- create and execute training planning, training concepts and course contents in the assigned training areas, as well as assist in the planning, organisation and implementation of training and application exercises of larger scale
- Complete vocational training with further higher vocational training and several years of professional experience in the field of project management/armament
- deeper knowledge in the armaments sector of special forces, preferably in the field of guidance and transmission, as well as reconnaissance sensors and all-weather and night-fighting suitability
- Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language and good English skills (minimum level B2)
- officer or subofficial in the Swiss army with willingness to military (re) division at the command Special Forces; military serviceability and medical suitability must be given (tested as part of the recruitment process)
