- Experience in the tech industry or a high-growth environment.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, TravelPerk, Spendesk, or NetSuite. Conditions : Contract: full time contract
- Location & Remote Work: Fully on-site role in Zurich.

- Logistics & Admin: Handle incoming mail (scanning, distribution, archiving) for both offices, manage deliveries, organize couriers, and handle visitor/employee keys. 2. Internal Events & Team Support
- Organization: Highly organized, rigorous, and able to prioritize tasks calmly in a fast-paced environment.
