Main responsibilities
- You nurture and care for 2 – 3 premature babies from the 28.
- SSW or sick newborns – loving, professional and individual.
- You accompany children and their families empathetically and family-centered through a challenging time.
- You are part of the first hours of a new life: first care in the birth department and you accompany newborns in external transports.
- You are not alone: we work interprofessionally and meet at eye level. Requirements
- Completed training as a nurse / nurse specialist.
- Professional experience in neonatology or pediatrics.
- Ideally, NDK neonatology or willingness to complete it. We offer:
- A flexible roster with the ability to work primarily in your preferred shifts.
- An individual introduction as well as personal and professional development in the directions of subject, education or management.
