- Designing and developing watch movements from concept to production.
- Experience in the design and development of watch movements
- In-depth knowledge of the production processes of high-end watches
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing watch movements from concept to production.
- Conducting feasibility studies and technical analyses.
- Preparing detailed construction plans and bills of materials.
- Performing simulations and tests to validate performance and reliability.
- Collaborating with the design studio, casing department (case), and other builders (case, dial, and movement) to ensure the implementation of new movements.
- Keeping up with technological and material advancements in watchmaking.
- Participating in continuous improvement of design processes.

Key requirements
- Experience in the design and development of watch movements
- In-depth knowledge of the production processes of high-end watches
- Ability to work in teams and manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Flexibility and willingness to travel if necessary
- Language skills: French and English are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
