Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the Native App (iOS & Android) end-to-end
- You are Product Owner for the Mobile Experience Team (1 BA, 4 Engineers)
- Develop a clear product vision and translate it into a roadmap with a measurable impact
- Identify and prioritize key levers for self-service, usage and customer loyalty
- You define and control KPIs such as MAU/DAU, Feature Adoption and Self-Service Completion
- You make clear product decisions based on data and hypotheses
- You work in a team with UX to build solutions that inspire
- You drive delivery forward and ensure that high-quality, usable features with real impact are created
- You actively drive product discovery, from problem to validated solution
- You bring AI specifically into product development to improve mobile experience and make processes more efficient Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a product owner / manager in digital products in a strong product organization (OKRs, discovery, outcome focus)
- Deep experience with native apps (iOS & Android) and mobile user behavior
- Demonstrate success in mobile engagement, retention and self-service optimization
- Experience with agile methods (certifications, such as PSPO are a plus) Hypothesis-driven and data-based work
- KPI analysis and derivation of clear measures
- Clear prioritization and decision-making strength
- Ability to translate vision into concrete roadmaps
- Understanding UX and Mobile Platform Logics
- Ability to meaningfully integrate AI into product solutions
- Strong in communication, alignment and storytelling
