As an employee of flowers / cashier / customer service you advise our customers and are responsible for the flower assortment as well as for the PickMup.

• You advise and serve our customers with pleasure and your expertise
• An attractive presentation of goods, efficient goods management and ensuring availability are your focus
• You adhere to the defined processes in the department and ensure a smooth process
• With creativity and skill, you design floral arrangements and take care of flowers and plants
• You support actively and engaged in other departments
• You jump in at the checkout if necessary

Requirements

• Ideally, several years of professional experience: in the retail trade specialty flowers/plants or as a florist
• Completed basic or further training: in the retail trade specialisation flowers/plants or as a florist
• As a customer-oriented personality with pleasure in sales, you make shopping a positive experience
• PC skills and high digital fitness set you apart
• You convince through a structured, reliable and accurate way of working
• You have a flair for creative flower arrangements
• German (very good knowledge)
