Area of responsibility

• Supporting the project managers with administrative and financial issues
• Responsibility for project billing and invoicing
• Carrying out project-related controlling and preparing monthly evaluations and reports
• Participation in the management of INGE accounting
• Administrative support for employees at the site as well as operating the telephone switchboard and reception
• Profile
• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in an engineering office
• Interest in business management and experience in project controlling or in a comparable function
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Open, flexible and team-oriented personality with quick comprehension and good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German, other language skills are an advantage
