- For our certified oncology center, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented specialist to support tumor documentation and medical data collection.
- Collection and maintenance of oncological case data and aftercare data in the tumor documentation software
Main responsibilities
- For our certified oncology center, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented specialist to support tumor documentation and medical data collection.
- Collection and maintenance of oncological case data and aftercare data in the tumor documentation software
- Working with the weekly tumor boards including presentation of cases and support in protocol management
- Control and plausibility of key figures with the controllers and the creation of relevant documentation for certifications and audits
- Participation in internal and external audits
- Collection and collection of highly specialized medical data (HSM) and medical registers from patient dossiers and medical reports
- Support for annual accounts and data processing Requirements:
- Complete training and experience in the medical field, ideally in nursing or surgical engineering Professional experience in oncology
- Very good IT user knowledge and a good understanding of data management and database systems
- Structured, careful and quality-conscious operation
