- Usually 7–10 years of professional experience in corporate communications, media relations, journalism, public affairs or PR, ideally with proven experience working with journalists in an international environment.
- Experience in financial communication, M&A, crisis communication or other reputation-sensitive topics.

- Usually 7–10 years of professional experience in corporate communications, media relations, journalism, public affairs or PR, ideally with proven experience working with journalists in an international environment.
- Experience in financial communication, M&A, crisis communication or other reputation-sensitive topics.
- Knowledge of the Swiss media landscape as well as existing contacts with Swiss business, financial or specialist media are a great advantage.
- Experience in a listed company, an international corporation, a communications consultancy or a media company is of great advantage.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication, journalism, public relations, business administration, political sciences or a related field.
- Strong media and stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Very good understanding of corporate communications and corporate reputation and external positioning.
- Excellent skills in writing, editing and developing compelling messages.
- Strong business understanding and ability to quickly grasp complex business topics.
- Strong judgement in dealing with sensitive or confidential issues.

- Proactive, solution-oriented personality with the ability to work effectively even in dynamic and demanding situations.
- Very good German and English skills in word and writing are required;
