To support our emergency team, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will take on the following tasks:

YOUR TASKS

• Friendly and service-oriented reception of our emergency patients
• Independent and smooth administrative reception of patients in close cooperation with emergency care staff
• Completion of administrative tasks such as sending medical reports, appointment organization, keeping statistics and performance controlling
• Active participation in constructive and interdisciplinary cooperation in a lively emergency operation

Your profile

• Completed training as Medical Secretary or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in healthcare is beneficial
• Good knowledge of German and IT
• Quiet, empathetic and service-oriented personality with high patient orientation
• Resilient, sociable and responsible working methods
• Joy of working in an interdisciplinary team from Monday to Friday
