Introduction

For our Human Resources department, we are looking for a (M/F) Mechanical Trainer whose main mission will be to pass on knowledge and skills to young people in mechanical training and prepare apprentices for the qualification procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train apprentices and employees on the technology of cleavage
• Deliver inter-company courses to apprentices
• Participate in training development and update course materials
• Regularly monitor and assess acquired knowledge and skills
• Maintain and develop its teaching and technical skills on a regular basis

Profile

• CFC in mechanics (4 years)
• Confirmed experience in the areas of gearing, adjusting and changing tools on Tornos and Citizen-type technologies
• Experience in apprenticeship training
• At ease in programming and knowledge of cutting and rolling an asset
• Ability to make people feel comfortable, especially with the younger generation and give feedback
• Good teacher, inclined to convey his knowledge with enthusiasm and to question himself
• Ability to create and maintain trust-based working relationships
