- Train apprentices and employees on the technology of décolletage Offer inter-company courses to apprentices
- Participate in the development of training and update course materials
Main responsibilities
- Train apprentices and employees on the technology of décolletage Offer inter-company courses to apprentices
- Participate in the development of training and update course materials
- Monitor and evaluate regularly the knowledge and skills acquired
- Maintain and develop regularly its teaching and technical skills Profile CFC in mechanics (4 years)
- Experience confirmed in the fields of train start-up, adjustment and tool change on the technologies of décolletage type Tornos and Citizen Experience in the training of apprentices
- A l'aise dans la programmation et connaissance du taillage et du roulage un plus
- Ability to make people comfortable, especially with the younger generation and to give feedback
- Good pedagogue, inclined to convey knowledge enthusiastically and to question oneself
