Main responsibilities
- Coarse cutting shop: Professional boning and dressing of all cuts of beef, veal and pork
- Fine cutting shop: Preparation and portioning of meat for the packing shop or for specialty production Compliance with hygiene regulations
- If suitable, opportunity for further development (e.g. technical or personnel management) Requirements
- Professional experience: as a meat specialist is an advantage
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): as Meat specialist*woman
- Team player, motivated and reliable personality Efficient and clean way of working
- Targeted support: Supporting our employees with targeted personnel development measures
