Tasks

• Operational support in the procurement of cut flowers including product planning
• Item master data management using SAP S/4HANA
• Creation, maintenance and controlling of the price and assortment list
• Telephone and written contact with suppliers and sales regions as well as processing complaints
• Carrying out goods invoice checks and creating customer invoices for suppliers
• Recording and processing promotions in various tools, coordination of advertising materials
• Proactive support of the Purchasing Product Manager in all administrative matters as well as independent processing and active participation in projects
• Requirements
• Completed basic commercial training (or three years of commercial school)
• Professional experience in a similar environment
• Very good PC user knowledge of MS Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Independent, reliable and committed personality with a high level of customer orientation
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German and good knowledge of French is an advantage
