Back to Overview Maintenance / cleaning and support (100%) Job opening Immediately or by agreement Employment level 100% Place of work/region BE-Bern For our customer in Bern we are immediately looking for a committed and responsible personality as company maintenance EFZ (a).
Their tasks
- 12 mentor and accompany learners, including learners with disabilities
- Organize daily work and assignments
- Guide and support learners in craft work
- During missions take over the supervision
- Structuring everyday work and planning tasks
- Promote self-employment and practical skills
- Working with specialists and carers
Your profile
- Advantageous EFZ training
- Completed craftsmanship training (e.g. painter, carpenter, carpenter, electrician or sanitary installer) or several years of experience in crafts
- Joy of working with learners and their practical support
- High social competence as well as patient and appreciative treatment of people
- Responsibility and enforcement
- Self-employed, reliable and well-organized working methods
- Willingness to work at two locations in Bern
