- Creation, maintenance and optimization of cGMP-compliant documentation such as SOPs, HSPs and checklists in close cooperation with MSAT and the company biotechnologists.
- Ensure that technical and operational requirements are already taken into account in the planning and engineering phase of projects.
- Coordination and support of engineering, workshop and technical teams in investments, plant preparations and technical improvements.
- Monitoring production activities as well as ensuring compliance with planned work and initiating corrective measures in the event of deviations.
- Co-responsibility for the technical instruction and training of employees as well as support of the teams in plant engineering issues.
- Continuous improvement of equipment, processes and workflows according to Lean, Kaizen and 6S principles in compliance with safety, quality, hygiene and environmental standards. What we are looking for
- Completed training as a chemical and pharmacologist, chemistry and biology laboratory or university degree (bachelor/master) in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences or a related field.
- Several years of experience in a GMP-regulated production environment or in a comparable pharmaceutical or biotechnological function.
