Your Tasks – Medical Excellence and Strategic Leadership

• Medical care for patients with acute and chronic diseases
• Diagnosis, therapy and prevention at the highest level
• Strategic management and economic management of the practice location
• Development and implementation of innovative treatment concepts and practice organisation
• Leadership and promotion of an interdisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and practice staff
• Ensuring and further developing medical quality standards
• Representation of practice in the health network and towards external partners

Your profile – leader with medical expertise

• Specialist title General Internal Medicine (FMH or equivalent)
• Experience in family care and ideally in a senior position
• Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in the strategic development of a medical institution
• Ability to lead, motivate and make practice-oriented decisions
• Strength of communication and high social competence for trustful cooperation
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
