Tasks

• Everything under control! As Managing Director: you have the responsibility for the economic success of your sales outlet.
• You know that if you support and motivate your employees, you and your team will successfully implement the sales promotion measures.
• Our discerning clientele is enthusiastic about how you advise them competently and courteously.
• You ensure optimal goods management and that your sales outlet makes you want to shop.
• Your daily tasks? You create the personnel deployment plan including cost control and take over the branch administration.

Requirements

• You convince in sales and have experience in leadership? Then you are right with us.
• Your professional training in the field of food has made you a professional. You are economically competent due to further training.
• You can speak German very well – orally and in writing.
• Office programs? No problem for you.
• Several years of experience in the industry? You are convincing us.

The training takes place in several outlets within the following area: Region Interlaken, Meiringen and Jungfrau region.
