- Recognize maintenance needs, fix disruptions (1st level) and actively bring ideas to the KVP/Shopfloor. Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience: in food production, ideally chocolate/cocoa, baked goods, snacks, drinks or dairy
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): As a plant manager, food technologist or comparable qualification (e.g. baker, brewer, miller)
- German (very good knowledge): Min. B1
- Readiness for 2- to 4-shift work (weekend if necessary) and corresponding mobility
- High quality, safety and hygiene awareness;
