Full description

• Planning, coordinating and managing logistical tasks and deadlines related to the surrender, take-back and relocation of systems, military equipment, ammunition, food and fuel
• Accept and manage goods (receipt, identification, control, registration) and deliver (shipping: order processing, order picking, planning/organisation of distribution, delivery of goods)
• Ensure storage (optimisation of storage areas, assessment of quantity/quality of stocks, operational readiness, storage handling, disposal)
• Ensure inventory management of systems, military equipment and ammunition while ensuring proper stockpile management
• Conduct working groups (consisting of assigned military and/or civilian personnel) during the surrender, withdrawal and relocation of systems and equipment
• As a contact person for the payers (troop, troop craftsmen, military and civilian customers) and instruct troops in Italian and German in the correct handling of the material as well as in its care and maintenance
• Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (EFZ) as a logistician with further training as a logistics specialist with a Swiss certificate
• Commercial training and possession of driving licences in categories B, C, CE and F are advantageous
• Ability to act independently and responsibly, goal and result orientation, organizational skills and a forward-looking and conscientious working method
• A strong willingness to contact and advise customers
• Knowledge of army materials and basic military knowledge are advantageous
• Good computer science skills, in particular the MS Office package and the SAP system
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of a second official language
