- For our Procurement, Support & Infrastructure Division, we are looking for a Logistics Manager (H/F), whose main mission will be to pilot and organize logistics activities, reliability of computer systems and inventory in order to meet defined objectives.
- Organize and coordinate, in collaboration with the employees of the service, the various production respondents and providers, the daily objectives by ensuring an optimal distribution of the workload
- Pilot actions to control outstanding, late or advance delivery in order to meet deadlines
- Federal diploma in logistics or equivalent degree in production management and/or logistics
Main responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate, in collaboration with the employees of the service, the various production respondents and providers, the daily objectives by ensuring an optimal distribution of the workload
- Pilot actions to control outstanding, late or advance delivery in order to meet deadlines
- Conduct incident resolution activities according to daily hazards
- Ensuring compliance with the rules on the management of precious material
- Managing and optimizing computer systems and inventory management
- Contribute to the definition and monitoring of continuous improvement plans with a logic of continuous progress and support service employees towards autonomy and accountability
- Ensuring internal and external communication Profile
- 5 to 10 years of logistics experience
- Knowledge of inventory management requested and team management appreciated
- Of a communicative nature and able to take initiatives, you are able to be responsive and comfortable in a team operation Proactive, pragmatic, taste for field work With a strong team spirit and versatility Mastery of SAP and IT tools Team hours 2X8 LI-Hybrid
