Role overview
- Help shape and further develop HR: You lead a motivated HR team with two employees and have overall responsibility for the strategic and operational orientation of the entire human resources.
- Business partnership: As a competent contact person, you advise and support managers and employees on all HR topics. With your coaching, you strengthen leadership skills and shape an appreciative corporate culture.
- Recruiting & Employer Branding: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process and further develop employer branding and personnel marketing in a targeted manner. Together you will position the SGM Clinic as an attractive employer and attract the right talent for the future.
- HR administration & payroll: You ensure a professional HR life cycle and are responsible for personnel administration and payroll processing. You will also coordinate cooperation with insurance companies, authorities and the finance department.
- HR controlling & digitalization: You develop meaningful HR metrics, analyze relevant data and derive optimizations from it. You will actively drive the continuous development and digitalization of HR processes.
- Projects & Change Management: You initiate and manage strategic HR projects and actively shape changes together with management.
- Several years of professional experience (at least five years) in a senior HR function, ideally in healthcare or a comparable environment.
- Federal qualification as an HR specialist as well as further HR training (e.g. HR Head of Human Resources) or the willingness to complete it.
- Experience in leading and developing employees as well as a modern and inspiring understanding of leadership.
- Strong consulting skills, high social skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders.
