YOUR TASKS

• Professional, human and organisational management of the care units in cooperation with the responsible managers
• Ensuring and continuously developing a high, patient-oriented quality of care
• Responsibility for the economic and needs-based use of human and material resources including job and service planning
• Responsibility for education, training and further education in the care sector as well as promotion and development of employees and managers
• Close, solution-oriented cooperation with the medical profession, medical areas and other internal and external interfaces
• Active participation in the management team and in the MES committee, participation in the strategic and organizational development of the clinic as well as completion of the management picket service

Your profile

• Completed higher education in nursing, ideally at tertiary level, supplemented by further management and/or management training
• Several years of professional and managerial experience in care, preferably in an acute hospital
• Strong leadership skills as well as experience in the development of employees, teams and managers
• In-depth understanding of care quality, clinical processes, personnel planning and business relationships
• Strategic, structured and solution-oriented working method with high decision-making and implementation competence
• Very good communication skills as well as good German and French skills
