The Doctor and Partner Management at Hirslanden Bern designs and develops the cooperation with our partner doctors and thus strengthens the network between the medical profession, clinic management and medical departments. For this versatile and responsible function, we are looking for you as an experienced personality in partner doctor management.

YOUR TASKS

• You are the central contact person for accredited and potential partner doctors and accompany them along the entire relationship cycle – from recruitment and onboarding to the further development of cooperation.
• Furthermore, you control and develop the medical network in close cooperation with clinic management, centers and specialist areas and identify potential for the further development of medical services.
• You plan, coordinate and accompany center discussions, accreditation procedures as well as strategic development and succession planning and derive suitable measures from this
• You will also ensure professional, target-group-oriented communication between the clinic and the medical profession and develop processes, standards and instruments for successful cooperation with the partner medical profession.
• You prepare analyses, key figures, presentations and decision bases for the clinic management as well as for the medical council and the clinic council and support strategic decision-making
• Finally, you are responsible for contract management in the area of partner doctor management, identify relevant developments within the medical profession and prepare regular reports to the hospital management

Your profile

• You have completed your studies (HF, FH or university) in business administration, health management, law, medicine or a similar discipline
• Complementary training in these areas is advantageous
• You have several years of professional experience in the Swiss health care system, ideally in a hospital, clinic or comparable health organization, and therefore know the structures and processes of the Swiss health care system very well.
• You have experience in working with doctors and various medical departments and have strong expertise in stakeholder, relationship and interface management
• You communicate safely and appropriately at different hierarchical levels, have negotiating skills and are also able to move in demanding conversation situations.
• You work independently, structured and solution-oriented, set priorities even under high stress and act autonomously and entrepreneurially
• You are a winning, trustworthy and integrity personality with a high level of social competence, sensitivity and a strong focus on services; you understand how to network, inspire and win for common goals
• You have very good knowledge of German in words and writing as well as good knowledge of French and English and are well versed with MS Office and digital collaboration tools
