YOUR TASKS

• Management and further development of the medical system (excluding nursing service) as well as personnel and professional management of subordinates
• Operational and business responsibility including budget and cost responsibility for the medical system
• Ensuring high medical quality and patient safety as well as further development of treatment standards and relevant quality measures
• Optimization of processes, interfaces and structures as well as control by means of KPIs for a sustainable increase in productivity
• Management of projects and medical panels, including chair of the MES panel, as well as further development of the organisation of structures and procedures
• Active participation in the management team, performing the interface function between the medical profession, the clinic and the corporate office, completing the management picket service and participating in relevant clinic and group committees

Your profile

• Completed higher education or studies in health, management, business administration or in a comparable field
• Several years of professional and managerial experience in the health care sector, ideally in a hospital or clinic setting (medical training is desired, but not required)
• Strong understanding of medical processes, interfaces and business relationships
• Experience in the management and further development of teams as well as in process optimization, quality management and control via key figures
• Strategic, structured and solution-oriented working method with high implementation strength as well as very good communication and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of German and French
• Further language skills are advantageous
