• Responsible for human, organisational and professional management of technical building management
• Developing concepts (management, operation, maintenance) and specifications in the field of building technology throughout Switzerland
• Ensure professional advice both internally and externally
• Control and monitoring of external service providers and suppliers
• Ensure efficient and trouble-free operation of building and building technology systems
• Develop and implement optimization possibilities in the area of plant and building technology in cooperation with other specialist bodies
• University of applied sciences degree as an engineer in the field of building technology (HLKS and/or electrical engineering) or equivalent training
• Further education and experience in technical and infrastructural facility management
• Broad-based expertise (generalist) in the entire field of building technology (HLKS, electrical engineering)
• Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams as well as in working with internal and external partners
• High initiative and pleasure in the further development of processes, standards and employees
• Good knowledge of a second official language
