Tasks: Your most important task in this function is the administrative and operational management of the Dean of Studies: • You work in the teaching committees of the Faculty of Medicine and perform operative tasks within the framework of the study director for human medicine • You have an overall overview of the curriculum human medicine of the Faculty of Medicine including the regulations and study plans • You are working on the reform of the curriculum human medicine • They are involved in the implementation of projects related to the faculty strategy 2030, in particular the implementation of curriculum reform human medicine • You work closely with the teaching dean • They lead the staff of the Dean of Studies (team leaders, staff) • You lead the processes around the planning, recording and collection of teaching services • You are responsible for the capacity planning of the internships (University Hospital and external teaching hospitals) • You are involved in the periodic accreditation of the human medicine degree program Requirements • You have completed university studies or a qualification and experience at a similar level • Ideally, you have experience in the organization of teaching • Ideally, you will know the faculty and clinical environment of the Faculty of Medicine • You have very good organizational skills and think strongly process-oriented • You have experience managing projects • The high quality of medical studies and their further development is very important to you • You have very good communication skills, communicate stylishly in German and have good knowledge of English • Ideally, you will know the administrative processes of the university We offer: • A position where you can shape and develop the teaching of the Faculty of Medicine
