Tasks

• You lead employees professionally and personnel.
• You bring in ideas to make our accounting processes more efficient, digital and sustainable.
• You ensure that our services are invoiced promptly and correctly.
• You assume responsibility for monthly, annual and consolidated financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR.
• You plan our liquidity forward and ensure that financial obligations can be met on time.
• You will maintain and develop checklists, work instructions, processes and ICS requirements.
• You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, especially in the area of VAT (group taxation).
• You create ad-hoc evaluations and financial reporting
• You support the CFO and take on professional topics

Requirements

For this versatile leadership task, we are looking for a personality who combines professional security, leadership strength and a service-oriented attitude.

• You have completed a commercial education and a higher education in accounting or trusting.
• You bring several years of experience in accounting or trusting.
• You have in-depth Abacus knowledge, especially in the modules FI, KRED, DEBI and facilities.
• You work safely with MS Office, especially with Excel and pivot tables.
• You communicate safely in German – verbally and in writing.
• You convince with good manners and strong team skills.
• You work independently, show your own initiative and think networked.
• You are resilient, flexible and work efficiently and goal-oriented.
• You are discreet, secretive and loyal.
• You think service and customer oriented.
• You bring understanding and empathy to older people.
