Tasks

You will take over the technical and personnel management of the entire administration in the Bern Nord living space and lead a dedicated team of five employees. You accompany the entire employee cycle and ensure a professional personnel administration. In addition, you are responsible for the customer administration and are a central contact for our residents, relatives and internal and external stakeholders. Together with your team, you will continuously develop administrative processes and play a key role in bringing together the administrations of Domicil Wyler and Domicil Spitalackerpark. You ensure the implementation of our guidelines, standards and operational requirements and ensure a high quality of service. The promotion and development of your employees through targeted training and further education measures is also important to you. In addition, you are responsible for the cash management and defined cost centers and actively participate in the budget process of your area. Your versatile area of responsibility is rounded off by the participation in projects at the location and living space level as well as the participation in the organization and implementation of events.

Requirements

• Completed commercial / business education with further training in HR or business administration
• Designated leadership experience
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment and area of responsibility
