IF Lehrperson in Wohlen, 17-18 Lektionen — KSML — Kantonaler Stellenmarkt für Lehrerinnen und Lehrer (Kanton Bern)

Full description

Portrait From Bern, Wohlen is easily accessible by post bus. If you like it close to nature and sporty, you take the bike. A beautiful cycling path leads, for example, from the Länggasse to the Wohlensee and to Wohlen. By postal bus you can reach the village half an hour from Bern Central Station. Our schoolhouse is centrally located in the village with exceptionally beautiful views of the lake and the Alpine chain. We lead the school entrance level in 4 basic levels, the subsequent school years in two multi-year classes. We attach great importance to the social competence of our students. Conflicts are for us ways to prepare children for life. Diversity gives us color. We experience nature up close with the children.

Tasks

• Children with support needs from the 3rd / 4th grade (8 lessons) and the 5th / 6th grade (9 lessons) will find an optimal and casual setting.
• You work with the children individually or in groups, usually integratively in class and build a trusting relationship.

You are in close cooperation with the class teachers, write the support and education plans if necessary and are the contact person for the parents of the children with support needs assigned to you. It is also possible to apply for only one of the two classes.

Requirements

Your assignment days can be selected in consultation with the teachers (the timetable will be corrected a little later). They bring a recognized education in the field of curative education or are in training. If possible, you have experience teaching primary school children. You enjoy working with the regular school teachers and the school’s specialty teachers. You are an established personality, a joyful nature, and yet a serious way of working is important to you.

We offer

• You have an IF office with an enormous number of working materials at your disposal.
• Our teachers enjoy working successfully with the specialist teachers.
• We have an established teacher college with 25 teachers.
• We are a very colorful and open school.
• With us it is possible to be creative and to shape the school day within the framework of our own possibilities. Our students come from educational homes and are well looked after.
