- Manage a portfolio of late accounts and start, monitor and follow the procedures for legal debt recovery.
- Prepare, disable and process legal documentation, maintain precise case records and monitor ongoing legal proceedings to ensure timely follow-up.
- Interact with debtors, legal representatives, debt recovery agencies, courts and public authorities, and negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements when appropriate.
- Assess recovery cases, recommend appropriate legal actions and support the achievement of recovery goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Customer Assistance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recovery processes and recovery strategies. Requirements
- A solid understanding of Swiss debt enforcement and insolvency procedures, together with familiarity with financial products and consumer credit regulations, would be an advantage.
- Fluent in French (C1 level, written and spoken) and good skills in Italian (B2 level, written and spoken).
- The knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
- Mentality oriented to objectives, organizational skills and ability to solve problems.
