Implementation of introductory days and hotel-wide training for all employees

Planning and development of L&D processes, personnel development plans and further education programs, in cooperation with departmental trainers and supervisors

Development of training content and learning paths based on our quality indicators (internal and external); Preparation of teams for LQA audits

Responsibility and ongoing expansion of our Learning Management System (EasyLearn)

Leadership development for our management team, in cooperation with external partners

Main contact person for employee surveys: planning, implementation, evaluation and derivation of measures

Regular reporting to the HR Manager on training activity and responsibility for the learning budget
