Main responsibilities
- Recruitment of learners and support throughout the training period up to the qualification process
- Accompaniment, coaching and promotion of learners and vocational trainers: women during their individual learning process
- Ensuring training and working standards of Coop and quality of training Conducting online and presence training
- Representation of Coop Vocational Education and Training inside and outside (e.g. job information, trade fairs, social media) Requirements
- Completed basic training EFZ and vocational trainers:in course
- Several years of experience in the care of young people or a comparable function
- Open-minded, independent and initiative personality with a high willingness to provide services and a high level of social competence
- Strong communication skills as well as pleasure in dealing with people and ability to accompany them profitably through basic education
