At Delica AG, you actively shape the lean transformation of a production company.

You ensure the application of the lean approach and continuously develop operational excellence in operations with a focus on measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and stability
You introduce lean methods, apply them specifically and empower managers and employees to implement improvements independently and sustainably in everyday life (e.g. shop floor management, 5S, CIP, problem solving, SMED, standards)
You promote data-based control through KPI systems, visualization and analytics and use data specifically to create transparency and enable informed decisions
You lead and coordinate cross-divisional improvement projects with a focus on concrete and demonstrable improvements in the company
You ensure a structured implementation of the projects and anchor solutions sustainably so that improvements have a stable effect and last long term Requirements
3-5 years: in the implementation of Lean Management in the production environment
Completed degree (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in supply chain management, engineering, business administration or comparable, ideally with a focus on process management or operational excellence, and further education in lean management (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or comparable)
German (proof of negotiation): any other language of advantage
