- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Leadership Development, Learning & Development oder Organizational Development.

- Erfahrung mit Engagement Surveys , idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld.
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Skalierung gruppenweiter HR- oder Organisationsentwicklungsansätze sowie ausgeprägtes Stakeholder Management.
- Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, strategische Ideen in konkrete und skalierbare Lösungen zu übersetzen.
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Didaktik, Erwachsenenlernen und modernen Lernformaten.
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Leadership-Trainings und Workshops.
- Hohe Moderations- und Facilitation-Kompetenz sowie Sicherheit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Führungsebenen.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Leadership- und Organisationsthemen pragmatisch, verständlich und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln.
- Freude daran, Konzeption und Umsetzung zu verbinden und selbst mit Führungskräften und Teams zu arbeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.

- Completed university studies in business administration, psychology, business psychology or a related field as well as ideally a sound further education in organizational development, leadership development, change management, coaching or adult education.
- At least 5 years of experience in Leadership Development, Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
- Experience with Engagement Surveys, ideally in an international environment.
- Experience in the conception and scaling of group-wide HR or organizational development approaches as well as strong stakeholder management.
- Strong conceptual skills and the ability to translate strategic ideas into concrete and scalable solutions.
- Very good understanding of didactics, adult learning and modern learning formats.
- Experience in the conception and implementation of leadership trainings and workshops.
- High moderation and facilitation competence as well as security in dealing with different management levels.
