• Your tasks
• Professional, organizational and disciplinary leadership of the purchasing team (5 MA) in strategic and operational areas
• further development, optimization and standardization of the purchasing processes as well as active participation of the intra-group purchasing strategy
• Developing and reviewing the purchasing and supply strategy in line with the corporate strategy, including the development of new global sources of procurement
• Active supplier management with negotiation management, contract conclusion, supplier evaluation and development according to QS
• Ensuring procurement (forecast planning, material availability for customer projects), supporting projects (new developments/redesign) as well as creating reporting
• Your profile
• Eidg. Dipl. buyer*in with technical flair or training in supply chain management; economic development advantageous
• Multiannual professional experience in comparable management function in purchasing
• Impressed organisational capacity, systematic thinking and decision-making and enforcement
• Team-ready and communication-strong personality with an independent, resilient and solution-oriented approach
• Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing as well as very good SAP and MS Office skills
