• Professional and personnel management of operational quality assurance (1 MA) and goods receipt (3 MA).
• Processing of customer complaints, carrying out root cause analyses and implementing correction and
• Improvement measures.
• Planning and implementation of quality and process audits as well as support for internal and external audits.
• Continuous optimization of quality and production processes as well as management of improvement projects.
• Ensure an efficient material flow and optimize the storage, picking and shipping processes. ##
• Your profile
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of quality management, logistics or production, ideally in a
• manufacturing industry.
• Leadership experience in a comparable environment is desired.
• Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) is advantageous.
• Structured, solution-oriented and quality-conscious working methods as well as strong communication and

• Good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of Microsoft Office and SAP.
