Are you ready to make a decisive contribution to the psychiatric care of children and adolescents in the Canton of Bern? Become part of our team as a leading physician at the Ambulatorium Bern, our central triage position as well as an important linchpin of outpatient child and adolescent psychiatric care including further education and the research of outpatient diagnosis and therapy. In our ambulatory for child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, you are part of a team of doctors and psychologists responsible for the central triagulation and coordination of all diagnostic and therapeutic services as well as for the management and further development of outpatient care. The management of numerous special consultation hours, such as the consultation hours for gender identity, migration as well as school and training problems as well as the expansion of further specialized offers is also part of the area of responsibility. You can participate in innovative interventions and internationally recognized research and develop and develop modern child and adolescent psychiatric care. You will lead a dynamic team where you can bring your expertise, leadership skills and passion for child and adolescent psychiatry. They drive innovative diagnostic and treatment concepts and train the next generation of professionals. Their tasks

• You lead a team of doctors and work closely and multiprofessionally together with psychologists, nurses and social pedagogues
• They carry out conceptual work for the further development of the treatment offer and supervision
• You are responsible for the evidence-based training of the doctors entrusted to you
• You are responsible for the networked cooperation with all regional offices as well as with the inpatient and semi-inpatient treatment services of our clinic.
• They are responsible for networked cooperation with patients as well as their families, schools, educational institutions and the extended health system.
• You are involved in teaching, internal training programmes and research

Your profile

• You have a specialist title in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry as well as leadership experience
• You have a doctorate, further scientific experience is beneficial
• You are motivated to apply diagnostic and treatment concepts according to current evidence-based guidelines and to contribute to the further development of the treatment offer
• You would like to take on the challenge of professionally and humanly competently leading and designing and implementing complex processes and concepts.
