Role overview

Baden & site locations I Workload: 80–100% As Lead Application Development, you lead and develop an application development team, ensuring technical excellence and the delivery of innovative software solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and support the professional growth of the development team
• Foster a collaborative culture and encourage knowledge sharing across the team
• Ensure adherence to development standards, architectural principles, and quality guidelines
• Drive continuous improvement through modern technologies, DevOps practices, and low-code platforms
• Support the team in solving complex technical challenges and delivering high-quality software solutions on time
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, stakeholders, and other leads to align development activities with business and organizational goals ##
• What you bring & who you are:
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Experience leading and developing teams with the ability to motivate and empower employees
• Several years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of modern programming languages, frameworks, and tools
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban as well as DevOps practices
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, microservices architectures, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ideally, experience with low-code platforms, especially Mendix, for rapid application development
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills with a collaborative mindset
