Role overview
Examine investments by foreign investors in Switzerland on the basis of legal, economic and security policy issues;
- Examine investments by foreign investors in Switzerland on the basis of legal, economic and security policy issues;
Application process
- Basic decision-making for the hierarchy incl. submit applications to the Federal Council;
- Provide legal information on the scope of the IPG;
- Represent Switzerland in bilateral or multilateral negotiations on investment audits; University degree in law;
- Preferably with Swiss attorney’s patent or experience with administrative procedures;
- Preferably specialization in commercial and commercial law, in particular M&A, competition law or public procurement;
- Engaged, responsible and resilient personality with strong analytical skills, high performance and strong teamwork;
- High social skills and service orientation towards stakeholders;
- Experience in project management in the federal environment and knowledge of the administrative processes of the federal administration is advantageous;
