- In this role, you assume the responsibility of the Zumikon site in the area of organization, security, implementation of sales activities and training of employees. Your tasks
- Responsible for the branch Zumikon including further development of the location with your commitment and your foresight
- Reception of our customers in the customer hall
- Determination of needs taking into account individual wishes and goals as well as recognition of potential
- Conducting holistic consultations with private customers in the areas of numbers, savings, investing and provision
- Accompany and coach employees in customer discussions as well as support with valuable feedback
- Professional support of employees through practical mini-trainings and workshops
- Settlement of cash transactions, currency exchange and precious metals transactions as well as management of bankcomats, recyclers and safe facilities Option to act as a practice trainer
- Completed commercial banking (EFZ) or equivalent banking subject training as offered by CYP or other recognised institutions
- Several years of practical professional experience in consulting and in the sale of financial and basic products
