• sit in action plan and working groups at operational level

• Creating operational planning and operational concepts

• Identify gaps in the merged situational picture of the military strategic, operational and tactical stage and coordinate the gathering of information for its closure

• Coordinate and implement support services for partners

• Maintain independent contacts within the Intelligence and Security Network

• Establish basic documents, design and training activities in the field of protection of personnel, systems and critical infrastructure of the Army

This makes them unique.

• Officer of the Swiss Army (minor captain) or professional officer. Specialized training as intelligence officer of advantage

• University/specialist degree (preferably in political science, criminology, law or psychology) and/or multi-year functional professional experience in the intelligence service/state protection or police sector

• Experience and competencies at operational level (staff work)

• Strong editorial and communication skills, excellent conceptual and methodological competence

• Good oral and written knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English

Your commitment to security and freedom The Command Operations (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and operations of the Swiss Army. The Kdo Op includes the Luftwaffe, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT Competence Center, the Special Forces Command and the Military Police. Around 40% of the approximately 2,500 employees are civil employees – from engineers to aircraft mechanics to analysts.
