Their tasks

• Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all food forms according to menu plan and special requests
• Responsible for regeneration, completion and picking of food
• Share responsibility for efficient warehouse management
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Proper organisation of work within the kitchen service
• Co-responsibility for controlling management and quality management

Your profile

• Training for/to cook EFZ with professional experience
• Many years of experience in the field of warm and cold cuisine, completion/regeneration and picking of food
• Professional and independent working position
• Flair for preparing and decorating food
• Readiness for missions on occasions
• Knowledge of system catering
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoying multiple challenges
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
