Description of post

• Management and preparation of cold meals for our Staff Restaurant
• Daily order management
• Preparation and establishment of banquets during events
• Respect and monitor established hygiene rules including storage

Profile

• 5 years of experience at a well-known institution
• To the benefit of a Cookery CFC

Qualifications

• Communicative personality, good stress resistance
• developed sense of organisation and emphasising teamwork
• Knowledge of different Asian cuisines and preparation techniques is an asset

Languages

• Excellent knowledge of French or German with good knowledge of the other language
