You help travelers get through the Alps without any problems with their car – from Kandersteg to Iselle. With your commitment, you ensure that the trains of the car load roll on time, processes function smoothly and customers can plan reliably. This is how you actively contribute to making mobility sustainable, safe and comfortable – and make a noticeable contribution to strong connections and relaxed travel every day!

Tasks

• Support in the planning of the offer and further development for the sub-products Autoverlad Lötschberg and Simplon, in particular development of car loading schedules and ordering of paths
• Responsibility for internal and external invoices:inside and the product truck passport
• carrying out of stabbing and quality controls in the sales process (e.g.

Tariff application, process conformity) and support in the definition and implementation of improvement measures

• Co-responsibility of technical availability of the systems and displays (Tro CODE-Shooting)
• cooperation in external damage cases at the sales facilities
• ensuring site communication and support and further development of advertising platforms at the Autoverlad
• management and implementation of smaller projects and line projects and cooperation in cross-sectoral projects

Requirements

• Commercial or business training (HF/FH of advantage) and experience in product management, in public transport, tourism or mobility environment
• Ideally experience in project management
• joy in a combination of conceptual, project-related and operational activities and the direct influence on the quality of the offer and the customer experience
• networked and cross-sectoral thinking as well as an independent, reliable working method
• strength of communication and safe appearance, coupled with a high service and customer orientation -

Loadability and flexibility in a sometimes-soldier environment - Negotiable German, English and/or Italian advantage
